Forge is pleased to announce that it has joined the Smart Building Certification ecosystem to work together for a smarter, healthier and more productive future.
The ecosystem strengthens the certification and provides users with the ability to make informed decisions on what, how, and why smart building technologies can make a difference to their business.
Nicholas White, Co-Founder, Smart Building Certification
“Forge is such a cool company, pioneering to go way beyond just access and fundamentally change the user experience of a building. We are excited to learn from Forge and work with them to support the mission for better buildings.”
Paul Speariett, Co-Founder and Director, Forge
“As a strategic partner of Smart Building Certification, we want to help our customers understand holistically what a smart building is and how they can come on the journey. Digitised and integrated visitor management is just one part of the ecosystem. Being a partner allows us to align more closely with other innovative companies providing smart building technology to see how we can use it efficiently and cost-effectively for customers.”
“This is especially important now as we feel the impact of the changes to working patterns which the pandemic has instigated, including the more accepted flexible working model. This will mean a change in how and when people engage with their workplaces. These new and different flows of people will require insight that our collective technologies can provide to allow building or workplace management to adjust the experience to accommodate in an agile and sustainable way.”
Founded by Elizabeth Nelson, Nicholas White, and Wouter Truffino in February 2020 the Smart Building Certification was to establish an honest and independent platform that appraises buildings all around the globe based on how smart they are. The Smart Building Certification is: ‘Founded in Science, refined in practice and constantly optimized by our network of experts. The certification has a solid foundation in academic research and partnerships and is growing to be the largest network within the smart building space.
This network not only strengthens the certification but provides users with the ability to make informed decisions about what, how, and why smart building technologies can make a difference to their business. Smart Building Certification is pleased to welcome Forge to the ecosystem and work together for a smarter, healthier, and more productive future.
