With the fast-developing COVID-19 situation we would like to reassure our customers, partners and suppliers that we have procedures in place to ensure Forge continues to run and support you through this period.
Our top priorities are the health and well-being of our staff and the mitigation of service disruption to customers.
As a cloud-based software service provider, we can remote work and maintain our products. Therefore there is no immediate impact on business continuity.
Staff at Forge are already entrusted and empowered to choose where they work two days a week and we have a number of team members remote working full-time on our services.
In order to ensure the well-being of staff during this time our remote working policy has been relaxed to five days at staff discretion until further notice.
This way of working puts us in a strong position to provide seamless support for the weeks ahead, should we be required to run the business entirely remotely. Importantly it will ensure that we continue to support your business and maintain our services Forge Bluepoint, Abacus and Reach.

The sales team will continue to demo products or conduct meetings remotely using video conferencing tools, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and others. If you still require a face to face meeting then please get in touch to confirm.
Keeping up to date
All Forge staff are being kept up to date daily with the latest developments, encouraged to follow national guidance on prevention and will self-isolate if they display any symptoms.
