It began with the shared passion of our co-founders Paul and Wayne. They wanted to create solutions to the various problems in the technology and security industries.
So they formed a company that would work in partnership with customers to develop solutions that connect people to buildings through smart technology. Minimal impact on infrastructure. But flexible enough to achieve maximum results. That company was Digital Forge, now Forge.
Today Forge has solid foundation to achieve its mission of building understanding for the commercial real estate, higher education and retail sectors. Forge develops and implement holistic solutions which stem from inspiring products, extending to reassuring support and aftercare for its customers.
And although much of what Forge does is based in technology, it never loses itself or confuses its customers in a labyrinth of jargon and tech-speak. Forge builds lasting relationships so that it – and importantly Forge’s customers – can learn, grow and are set up for success.
Based in Bristol, the UK’s ‘silicon gorge’, Forge is made up of a great team people who put customers at the heart of what it does.
Straight talking is the name of the game. Wayne has over 20 years’ experience in web, digital media and mobile technology industries. He says it like it is.
Passionate and a fountain of knowledge (with occasional cringe worthy Dad jokes) Paul has over 20 years in the security industry up his sleeve working with big names like Tesla, Apple and John Lewis and Partners.
With his astute sense of business, Jeff brings his KPMG Chartered Accountant qualification and years of experience at Director and Partner level in the corporate finance world to Forge.
With the best beard in the company, Bastiaan has worked across a number of multi-functional operational teams in the hospitality and PropTech sectors. He knows the importance of great visitor experience and how to achieve it.
The only kiwi in the team, Corrie takes an All Black-like ‘all or nothing’ approach to marketing. Managing everything across Forge’s social, partner and customer communications.
Focused and methodical, Stu is our go-to man for integrations with our many access-control partners.
First line support for our customers, Jo is there. In her spare time, she likes jumping out of planes and singing loudly to anything from Muse to Pink.
Nick ensures that our customers onboard smoothly with no hassle.
When he’s not climbing the highest cliffs in the Cheddar Gorge, Simon is making sure our solutions are working as they should. Testing, developing and evolving, with customers at the forefront.
